Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve
Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve is a unique wildlife experience. It was set aside in the 60’s as a place to preserve and view the mammals and birds native to the southeast of Australia. David Attenborough filmed some of his amazing Life on Earth series here. Visitors can get quite close to kangaroos, wallabies, cockatoos, ducks, geese, parrots and many other animals in the large, walk-through enclosures.
Recently, Esther had permission to photograph the wildlife of Tidbinbilla and came back with a collection of brilliant new images, including a one-eared baby koala newly independent of its mother.
