Coverage

Photographing the entirety of Australia’s nature is Esther Beaton’s lifelong commitment. We may not have it all yet—but what we do have is deep coverage. Selected important subjects like possums and gliders, rock wallabies and other marsupials, herbs and native plants, spiders, scientists, deserts and forests, are some of the best you’ll find. See alphabetical subject list.

Price Point

The great advantage of working with a small library, rather than an international giant, is ... we’re flexible. We have RRPs, certainly. In most cases, this is what you’ll pay (See some sample price lists). But we’re negotiable. If you come to us with a special need or offer, for example, multiple uses, we’re happy to help out.

Captions

Esther Beaton’s photos reflect thirty years of working side by side with ecologists, biologists, botanists, zoologists and other specialists and professionals. If you want informed and accurate captions, come to EBWP.

Artistic

The most technically accurate, well-captioned photo is unpublishable unless it also has high aesthetics. Esther’s photos are, to put it simply, beautiful. Some apparently simple photos have taken her painstaking hours to produce. She sets a high priority in making the most of a subject through meticulous composition and flawless lighting.

In Action

Photos may be licensed for just about anything: magazines, books, CD covers, museum displays, government brochures, retail posters, greeting cards, calendars and newspaper ads are just a few examples.
