ESTHER BEATON’S DAY SAFARIS
for photographers and nature lovers
2012 WORKSHOPS ARE NOW AVAILABLE FOR BOOKINGS.
Day Safaris for 2012
Day Safaris are single day excursions, on Saturdays, on the Central Coast which is about an hour and a half north of Sydney. They are designed around a unique scenic location or special natural feature in this picturesque part of the state. Safaris start at 9am and finish at 5pm unless otherwise noted. Some Day Safaris may have a later start and finish in order to synchronize with sunset. If rain is imminent, the Day Safari will be postponed to the following Saturday.
Morning or afternoon tea is included. Participants should bring their own lunch and drinks as well as their own photographic equipment. Any parking or entrance fees are not included. Meeting venue and lunch arrangements will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Day Safaris cost $195 per person, and discounts are available for multiple safaris. See the booking / enquiry form for full details.

Beyond Landscape Photography
Hot Topics: The Hawkesbury River and its People
Highlights: You don't have to go overseas to do a great photo essay about a beautiful place and it's interesting people. On the doorstep of Sydney is the little-known Hawkesbury River. In this unique two-day workshop you'll learn different photo techniques for situations ranging from beautiful landscapes to people working on and off the river. We'll be on an oyster barge, on foot and in our cars.
